Easel backs provide support for your canvas print, allowing it to stand freely on its own. With an easel back, you can display your canvas print on tables, shelves and windowsills. Available only for the 8×8″, 12×8″ and 16×12″ canvas print.

To return an item for exchange or refund, please email us an image of your delivered canvas print to info@bestcheapcanvas.com. Please include the reason you are requesting an exchange or refund, your name, email address, and order number. We will respond to your request before 6:00 PM Eastern time Monday- Friday. For the best resolution quality, upload your picture in “JPEG” file format.

Our system analyzes your uploaded picture and displays all formats which will produce a high quality print for you. If you would like a larger size than what is shown, you may need to upload a picture with a higher resolution. If you would like help with this, feel free to give us a call or drop us an email.

At http://www.fedex.com/us/ or http://www.ups.com/ you can find the current shipping status of your parcel at any time. For this, enter your FedEx or UPS tracking number from your shipping notification in the “Tracking” field.

It is not possible to combine special offers and vouchers. Only one offer or voucher may be used per order. Please note that free shipping for orders over a certain price is considered to be a special offer.

If you only use a partial amount of your voucher, the residual amount expires automatically.

Subsequent consideration of vouchers is, unfortunately, basically not possible

Please check whether you have entered the code correctly. If your voucher has a minimum order value or a time limit, please ensure that these are currently applicable. Information about this is available on your voucher if necessary. If all data is correct and your voucher still does not work, please contact our customer service.

If your photo canvas has been damaged in transit, despite our carefully secured packaging, you should document the damage with a digital camera and contact info@bestcheapcanvas.com  or sales@bestcheapcanvas.com within a few days. Please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can replace the damaged canvas in a timely fashion.
